Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive cluster sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor store-wise KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure execution of promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned stores.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail standards.
• Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and shrinkage control.
• Conduct regular store audits and operational reviews.
• Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and Beauty Advisors.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Build high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Customer Experience

• Ensure superior customer service across all stores.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations.
• Implement customer engagement programs to increase loyalty and repeat business.

Financial Management

• Manage store profitability and operational costs.
• Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization.
• Track productivity and conversion metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and present business reports to management.
