Job summary

KS Bakers is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to manage a cluster of outlets and drive sales, profitability and excellence in customer service. You will coach outlet managers and store teams, ensure product quality and hygiene, and optimize inventory and processes across outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing multiple outlets in retail or food service sectors.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in retail, QSR, bakery, food service or FMCG operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
