Job summary

Indian Silk House Agencies is expanding its retail leadership across Delhi NCR and looking for a Cluster Manager to drive sales, operations, and team performance across a cluster of stores.

Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate, you will lead Store Managers and sales teams, plan ranges and stock, ensure visual merchandising standards, and report cluster performance to regional leadership. 5+ years in multi-store retail and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail operations, with multi-store experience.
• MBA preferred; strong track record in multi-store leadership will be considered if MBA not held.
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; travel across cluster territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations across a cluster of EBOs, driving revenue targets and SSG.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and sales teams, including training and staffing.
• Plan product ranges, stock levels, and forecasts with merchandising team.
• Drive visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance across stores.
• Analyze sales data, top/bottom performers, and adjust pricing/inventory.
• Conduct store visits, stock audits and compliance checks.
• Report cluster performance to regional/senior management.

Job description

Indian Silk House Agencies is a heritage saree and ethnic-wear retail brand (est. 1971) with 70+ stores across India. We're expanding our retail operations leadership across Delhi NCR and looking for a Cluster Manager to drive sales, operations, and team performance across a cluster of stores.

What you'll own:

• Managing sales and operations across a cluster of EBOs, driving revenue targets and same-store growth (SSG)
• Leading and developing Store Managers and sales teams across the cluster - training, performance reviews, staffing
• Planning product ranges, stock levels, and sales forecasts in coordination with the merchandising team
• Driving visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance across all stores in the cluster
• Analyzing sales data, bestsellers, and slow movers; taking corrective action on inventory and pricing
• Conducting regular store visits, stock audits, and compliance checks across the cluster
• Reporting cluster performance (sales, staff, stock) to regional/senior management

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in retail operations, with at least 3+ years specifically managing multiple stores/a cluster - single-store-only experience won't meet this bar
• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred; strong hands-on operators without an MBA will also be considered if the multi-store track record is strong
• Experience in apparel, ethnic wear, or lifestyle retail preferred - saree/ethnic-wear category experience a strong plus
• Proven track record against sales targets, SSG, and P&L ownership across a cluster
• Strong people-management skills - experience leading and developing Store Managers
• Comfortable with regular travel across the cluster territory
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
