The role requires 5+ years in retail or FMCG operations, with a proven track record of managing several outlets and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in retail, QSR, bakery, food service, or FMCG operations.
• Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or branches.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
