Job summary

OYO is seeking a leader to manage a portfolio of venues in Mumbai, overseeing a team of Venue Managers and driving bookings and revenue through on-ground efforts.

You will monitor sales performance, set targets, and coach the team to achieve KPIs while expanding market presence in a dynamic hospitality and real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with hospitality, real estate, B2B sales, or other on-ground sales experience can be considered.

• Manage a set of venues within the assigned geography through a team of Venue Managers.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 67 Venue Managers.
• Drive team productivity, performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.
• Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions and business performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Sales & Revenue

• Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.
• Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions and business performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Team Development

• Conduct regular training, coaching and performance reviews for Venue Managers.
• Set clear targets and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in hospitality, real estate, B2B sales, or other on-ground sales businesses can be considered.
• Should be comfortable with field travel and on-ground business development.
