Job summary

OYO in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Cluster Head to manage a portfolio of venues through a team of Venue Managers. You will drive sales, nurture venue relationships, and expand the portfolio across the geography.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Sales & Business Development with on-ground experience, proven team leadership of 6-7 people, and a strong background in B2B sales. You should be comfortable with field travel and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development with team management experience.
• Strong experience in on-ground / field sales.
• Must have managed a team of 6-7+ people.
• Prior experience in B2B sales/business development is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage venues in Mumbai through a team of Venue Managers.
• Lead a team of approximately 6-7 Venue Managers.
• Drive team productivity, performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.
• Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions and business performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Conduct regular training, coaching and performance reviews for Venue Managers.
• Set clear targets and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.

About the Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Head to manage a portfolio of venues in Mumbai through a team of Venue Managers. The Cluster Head will be responsible for driving sales, managing venue relationships, developing the team, and expanding the venue portfolio in the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:-

Team & Venue Management

• Manage a set of venues within the assigned geography through a team of Venue Managers.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 6- 7 Venue Managers.
• Drive team productivity, performance and achievement of sales targets.

Sales & Revenue

• Own the overall sales performance of the assigned venues.
• Drive bookings, revenue and collections through the Venue Manager team.
