Job summary

OYO in India seeks a dynamic sales and events coordinator to manage customer enquiries and drive venue bookings. You will connect with prospective clients, recommend venues and packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

You will own revenue targets, upsell services, coordinate event execution from booking to completion, and liaise with venues and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

• Build strong customer and venue relationships; collaborate with venue teams.
• Coordinate event execution; act as main liaison between customers, venues and internal teams.
• Manage venue operations and stakeholders; ensure seamless event delivery and service quality.
• Handle commercial and vendor coordination; finalize bookings and negotiate rates.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Build strong customer and venue relationships
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and venue partners.
  • Work closely with venue teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate event execution
  • Act as the key point of contact between customers, venues, and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth planning and execution of events from booking to completion.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues proactively.
• Manage venue operations and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Monitor venue readiness and service quality for an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle commercial and vendor coordination
  • Finalize bookings and agreements with customers as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective event execution.
