Xpheno Private Limited is hiring Cluster Managers to oversee multiple retail stores across a defined geographic cluster in Coastal and Central Karnataka. The role focuses on driving sales, store operations, customer experience and team performance across 5–10 stores.

You will own P&L, inventory, merchandising, training of Store Managers, and local market growth while traveling frequently between outlets. Strong leadership and a track record in FMCG or premium retail are essential.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of experience in multi-store/cluster retail operations.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets simultaneously.
• Proven track record in sales target achievement and P&L management.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, QSR, specialty or premium retail.
• Experience leading Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned cluster.
• Strong knowledge of local market and customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end operations and performance of 5–10 retail stores within the assigned cluster.
• Own cluster sales targets, revenue, profitability and P&L.
• Monitor store performance including sales, footfall, conversion, ABV, upselling and category mix.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure adherence to SOPs, operational and brand standards.
• Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive customer experience, service standards, CSAT and complaint resolution.
• Manage inventory availability, stock ageing, FIFO, stock transfers, shrinkage and wastage.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, planogram and promotional execution across stores.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage Store Managers and frontline retail teams.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for local business growth, new stores and market expansion.
• Drive corporate gifting, institutional sales and B2B opportunities where applicable.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in multi-store / cluster retail operations.
• Must have experience managing multiple retail outlets simultaneously.
• Strong experience in sales target achievement and P&L management.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, QSR, specialty or premium retail preferred.
• Should have handled Store Managers / frontline retail teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory, store operations and customer service.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned cluster is mandatory.
• Candidates should preferably have strong knowledge of the local market and customer base in the respective region.

Location Preference

1. Coastal Karnataka: Candidates from or willing to work across Mangaluru, Udupi and nearby locations.

2. Central Karnataka: Candidates from or willing to work across Shivamogga, Davangere, Chitradurga and nearby locations.

Important: Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple stores across the assigned region and travelling frequently between outlets.
