Aswins Home Special in Krishnagiri district is seeking an experienced Store/Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning. You will drive sales, manage inventories, ensure hygiene and 5S standards, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in multi-outlet operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Competenze

• Graduate / Diploma / +2 preferred.
• 38 years of relevant experience in food, sweets, bakery, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, inventory, manpower and customer handling.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience in multi-outlet operations will be preferred.

• Train, guide and motivate employees to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Production, Purchase, Accounts and other departments.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly outlet performance reports to management.
