Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years to 10 years of hospitality or retail experience in QSR, cafe or bakery operations.
• Experience managing 2–4 outlets or as senior outlet manager/assistant area manager.
• Exposure to local marketing, people management and P&L understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and mentor Outlet Managers and teams to build high-performing units.
• Ensure SOPs are followed across all outlets in the cluster.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling and daily operations.
• Support monthly sales targets and drive guest satisfaction.
• Execute local store marketing to boost footfall and brand visibility.
• Oversee in-store display standards and online menu hygiene on platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.

Role Summary

The Cluster Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and consistent sales performance across a cluster of outlets. This role focuses on executing brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and developing outlet teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Development & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Outlet Managers and team members to build high-performing teams.
  • Drive team engagement and performance through regular coaching and reviews.
• Operational Excellence
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets in the cluster.
  • Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with health standards.
  • Monitor inventory management, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Sales & Guest Experience
  • Support outlet teams in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Execute local store marketing (LSM) activities as directed by the Area Manager to drive footfall and brand visibility.
• Process & Efficiency
  • Track and report key operational metrics and take corrective action where needed.
  • Support accurate demand forecasting and minimize wastage.
  • Oversee in-store product display standards and online menu hygiene on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and brand website.
• Maintenance & New Store Readiness
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep of outlets.
  • Support the launch and stabilization of new outlets within the cluster.
