Job summary

Mindstech in New Delhi is seeking a senior defence service operations and strategic accounts leader to drive growth, CSAT, renewals and P&L performance across key defence engagements. You will manage senior stakeholders, Service Managers, and customer escalations while orchestrating cross-functional delivery.
