Job summary

HDFC Bank seeks a Cluster Head - Retail Agri to lead a high-performance team, drive business development in the assigned cluster, and achieve sales, recovery, and relationship targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

You will oversee cross-functional coordination with credit, operations, and collections, mentor staff, and expand the Rural & Agriculture footprint through strategic marketing initiatives and branch visits.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

Ensure business development of Retail Agri for the assigned cluster to achieve targets and profitability. Lead a result-oriented team to meet sales, recovery, and customer relationship objectives while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
