• Drive new-to-bank (NTB) MSME/SME acquisition, advances, and deposit growth to meet regional sales goals.
• Deliver asset, liability, trade, forex, cash management (CMS), and treasury solutions to target segments.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a local team of 6 to 8 Relationship Managers to optimize performance.
• Work with risk teams to keep portfolio quality, hygiene, and compliance strong.
• Analyze local cluster needs, map competitors, and spot expansion opportunities.
