Job summary

SkillLabs in Kollam, Kerala seeks an experienced Sales Leader to drive the insurance sales team and expand the customer base across channels.

You will plan daily objectives, hire and mentor staff, and close deals while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. A 7–10 year track record in insurance sales with banca channel experience is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in Insurance sales and team handling.
• Experience in driving BANCA channel teams.

• Lead, coach and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve results.
• Create an environment where staff are motivated and given ownership to deliver objectives.
