Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. The role requires coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Closing Management
Handle the complete closing process for residential and commercial transactions — ensuring timely completion, accuracy of documentation, and smooth coordination among buyers, sellers, agents, legal, and financial institutions.

Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and verify closing-related documents such as agreements, title reports, and payment statements. Ensure all paperwork meets legal, company, and regulatory standards.

Client Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the closing process, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Escrow & Fund Handling
Coordinate with banks, title companies, and internal finance teams for disbursements, deposits, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes.

Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve challenges such as title discrepancies, delayed payments, or documentation gaps to keep the transaction on track.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all requirements are met before and after closing.

Process Adherence & Improvement
Follow established SOPs for the closing process while suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Post-Closing Support
Ensure all post-closing documentation, such as deed transfers and client confirmations, are completed and properly recorded.
