Role Description

The Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating documentation and funding activities, ensuring all loan and mortgage requirements are met, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of closing files. The role involves working closely with sales teams, lenders, and customers to schedule closings, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of agreements. The Closing Manager will track transaction status, maintain detailed records, adhere to regulatory and company policies, and provide clear communication and support to clients throughout the closing process.
