Job summary

Arting Digital in Noida invites applications for the role of Client Success Executive. The position is hybrid and full-time, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

You will handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, and work to understand needs and promote product features. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, issue resolution, maintaining records, sharing feedback with product teams, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant experience in Customer Support / Technical Support.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelors degree.
• Must be a UAE National / Emirati.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
