The role emphasizes end-to-end servicing from pitching to execution, plus extracting performance reports and optimizing brand experiences post-campaign. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and trend-spotting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Decoding briefs and creating influencer marketing solutions that translate into achievable business objectives.
• Briefing and coordinating with influencers for events, webinars, live sessions, videos, queries and campaigns.
• End-to-end servicing from pitching to final execution.
• Extracting accurate reports for performance analysis and optimizing brand experience post campaign.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content guidelines and quality campaigns.
• Day to day reach outs to influencers/creators for campaign executions and closures.
• Develop understanding of influencer marketing from both the brand and influencer perspectives to offer holistic solutions.
• Identifying, tracking new trends and formats and how they can be adapted to the business model.
• Plan and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Understanding data metrics as a key to driving influencer marketing innovations and linking KPIs to unique solutions.
• Staying up to date with social media and industry trends.
• Develop a sense of ownership and high accountability on projects and with clients.

• Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, right content guidelines and quality campaign implementation
• Day to Day reach outs to influencers/Creators for campaign executions and closures.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the influencer marketing universe from both the brand and influencer lens to offer holistic solutions.
• Identifying, tracking new trends and formats in the influencer marketing universe and how they can be adapted to our business model.
• Planning and managing multiple projects and executing in a dynamic and challenging environment.
