Job summary

Story Digital, located in Delhi, is seeking an experienced digital campaign manager to lead multiple digital campaigns from execution to brief. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative and production teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Applicants must have over 3 years of agency experience, a strong understanding of content and strategy, and hands-on experience with influencer campaigns. A high-energy environment and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency setup.
• Proven track record of executing at least 3 campaigns per month.
• Exposure to large brand budgets (₹600 Cr+).

• Manage multiple digital campaigns seamlessly from brief to execution
• Lead creator, ad film, collaboration & celebrity-led campaigns
• Work closely with creative, strategy & production teams to bring ideas to life
• Identify the right creators/influencers and understand their costing as per industry benchmarks
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and cultural moments
• Prioritize like a pro - daily, weekly, monthly
• Handle multiple moving parts across teams without dropping the ball

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in an agency setup (non-negotiable)
• Experience executing at least 3 campaigns/months
• Exposure to ₹600 Cr+ brand
• Strong understanding of content, strategy, copies & script
• Hands‑on with creator/influencer campaign
• Experience with celebrity endorsements in digital
