Job summary

Makani Creatives Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Digital Advertising Manager to lead client campaigns from strategy to execution.

You will build strong client relationships, develop strategies and calendars, and work with creative, media planning and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to spec. You will monitor performance, provide insights and optimization recommendations, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience handling digital advertising campaigns for diverse clients.
• Strong ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative, media planning and data analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for digital advertising needs.
• Assist in development and execution of digital advertising strategies and monthly calendars.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media planning, data analytics) to ensure campaigns are flawless and on time.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular updates and optimization recommendations.
• Assist in managing timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies that could benefit clients.
• Train assigned junior(s) to support growth and smooth account management.
• Identify additional revenue streams by cross- and upselling to clients.
• Be the first point of contact to identify upcoming concerns/escalations on the account.

• Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising strategies/ monthly calendar and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, data analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and making recommendations for optimization as needed
• Assist in managing timelines, and project milestones, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and without delay
• Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and tools that could benefit clients
• Be responsible to train an assigned Jr. if any for their growth and making sure the account is run smoothly
• Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling to our client
• Be the first POC to identify an upcoming concern/escalation that may possibly rise on the account
