Role Description

The Client Services Representative is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram. The role includes managing and maintaining customer relationships, responding to client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, resolve concerns effectively, and provide updated information about services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet the financial and administrative requirements of client accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and experience in maintaining effective client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally
• An ability to address concerns, prioritize Customer Satisfaction, and provide seamless Customer Service
• Familiarity with basic Finance concepts and related administrative tasks
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
