Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Client Servicing Executive role based in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Executive will manage day‑to‑day client communication, understand campaign objectives, and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and distribution teams to deliver high‑quality work on time. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, handling briefs, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Client Servicing Executive will also support new business pitches and contribute to refining client servicing processes for better efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong client‑facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Experience in Account Management, overseeing multiple campaigns or projects and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations for campaign updates, reports, and proposals.
• Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem‑solving, and managing expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content‑led campaigns, preferably within an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working to tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
