Job summary

AxureOne in Bengaluru is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, handle queries, track orders and coordinate with design/print teams.

You will onboard new clients, explain services, maintain CRM records, and support multiple projects with strong communication and organizational skills.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in client servicing, knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, BA, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a client-facing or client servicing role.
• Experience in photography, printing, editing, or creative services preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, email handling, HubSpot, and messaging apps.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good project management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of visual content and customer handling.

Responsibilities
