Job summary

HG Graphic is seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional to manage client relationships from requirements through final delivery. The role involves coordinating with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution across signage and branding projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and Hindi communication, ability to handle multiple projects, and a proactive approach to follow-ups and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing or account management within signage/branding industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement and Installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and responsibilities.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement and Installation teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, POs and project documentation.
• Track timelines and ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Provide regular project progress updates to clients.
• Coordinate approvals for artwork, materials and samples.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing professional who can manage client relationships, understand project requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects from requirement to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in one of the following industries: Signage, Retail/Brand Signage, Wayfinding, Advertising & Branding, Fabrication, Retail/Interior Execution, or Exhibition/Display.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication and relationship management with clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement and Installation/Site teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, POs and project documentation.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Regularly update clients regarding project progress, timelines and challenges.
• Coordinate approvals for artwork, materials, samples and final execution.
• Handle client queries, complaints and execution-related issues professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for pending approvals, payments and project closures.
• Maintain proper records of clients, projects, quotations and ongoing orders.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Ensure that client commitments are communicated properly to the internal execution teams.
