Job summary

Lawmax Management Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and drive client acquisition. You will handle calls, meetings, WhatsApp and email communications, while drafting professional proposals and presentations.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace and Canva. Prior exposure to AI tools for daily tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication, client handling and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, PowerPoint and Canva.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily work.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records, follow-up reports and lead status.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.
