Salary: 20k + variable (performance based)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Pitch company services through calls, in-person meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with converted clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to client needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
