Job summary

DigiXpressions, a leading digital marketing agency in Navi Mumbai, is hiring a Client Servicing professional to manage key client relationships and ensure delivery of marketing projects.

You will coordinate with SEO, Social, Content, Design, and Sales teams; prepare briefs, schedule meetings, and provide performance updates. 2–5 years in client servicing required; strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM/Project Management tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Website Development, and Influencer Marketing to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare campaign briefs and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Schedule and lead client meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Share campaign reports and performance updates with clients.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling digital marketing services.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance on proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of client communications, project status, and documentation in CRM or project management tools.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Influencer Marketing.
• Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
• Problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Project Management tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment.
