Mangatrai Jewellers is seeking a CRM/Telecaller to manage client relationships and handle post-order follow-ups from our Punjagutta office. The role focuses on maintaining strong client connections, timely follow-ups, and top-quality after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Position : CRM / Telecaller

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

Location : Punjagutta, HYD. - Work From Office

Weekoff : 1 weekoff / week

Timings : 10:30am - 8pm

Salary: 16k -25k

The CRM will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, providing excellent after-sales service, resolving queries, collecting feedback, and supporting client retention.

• Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
• Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
• Always ask them for true feedback.
• Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
• Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
• Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.
• Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.
• Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
