Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will manage client communication, track project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups. The CRM will work closely with Operations and Accounts to maintain smooth project flow, accurate documentation, and continuous client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Documentation
- Manage all client communication and maintain accurate documentation.
- Log and track enquiries, updates, approvals, and project details in the CRM/Tracker.
- Serve as the gatekeeper of all client correspondence to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Project Coordination
- Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to avoid delays.
- Maintain project trackers, records, and structured documentation.
- Support departments in planning and updating project milestones.
- Flag delays, bottlenecks, and pending feedback to the Operations Lead.
- Accounts & Scheduling
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoices, billing updates, and payment tracking.
- Confirm payments and assist with client onboarding & project initiation.
- Schedule discovery calls, review meetings, and follow-up discussions.
- Prepare weekly status reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up ability and proactive coordination mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, project tracking systems, and Google Workspace (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or operations (Freshers with strong communication may also apply).

- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support multiple teams.
