Naukri E-hire in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure high satisfaction and retention across key accounts. You will develop and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver international projects.

The role requires 3–12 years in account management, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Proven track record in successful client account management, including cross selling and upselling.

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Friday:10:00 AM 6:00 PM IST
• Saturday Schedule:
  • 1st & 3rd Saturday:Work from Home (WFH)
  • 2nd & 4th Saturday:Weekly Off
