1. Initiate verification cases/checks within TAT as per client specifications.
2. Ensure consistent quality and adherence to all delivery parameters, maintaining integrity in reports, logs, and trackers.
3. Identify and escalate insufficiencies or clarifications within TAT.
4. Share accurate progress sheets, trackers, and MIS reports as per client expectations.
5. Adhere to communication and mail etiquette standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Follow company policies around confidentiality, discipline, and people management.
