Job summary

Balaji Durobuild is seeking a proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Karnal site. The role is suited for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience, aiming to build a strong foundation in on-site civil construction and project execution.

You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and site engineers, and ensure work aligns with drawings and quality standards. Training and mentorship from senior engineers are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and site safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with site staff and contractors.
• Willingness to work on-site at Karnal.

• Assist in measurement and verification of work completed for billing purposes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 per annum, based on qualification and experience.
