Job summary

Balaji Durobuild is seeking a Junior Engineer (Civil) to support site execution and supervision at our Karnal government construction project. The candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience and be able to manage activities under the guidance of the Project Manager and Senior Engineers.

Based in Karnal, you will work on day-to-day civil construction tasks, coordinate with foremen and labour, and ensure quality & safety standards while maintaining records and progress reports for

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, B.Tech or B.E.).
• 4-5 years of experience in civil construction site execution.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ and measurement.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience on government projects is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: INR 18,000 - 30,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
