Balaji Durobuild is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects at the Karnal site, handling end-to-end responsibilities from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years in civil construction project management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role, and strong skills in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. On-site presence in Karnal is required.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required (B.Tech/B.E.).
• 10–15 years in construction project management with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, billing and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements on site.
• Lead and manage the site team including engineers, supervisors and support staff.
• Report project status, risks and key decisions to senior management.
• Review and approve bills, measurements and material requirements for the project.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in civil construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements on site.
• Lead and manage the site team, including engineers, supervisors and support staff.
• Report project status, risks and key decisions to senior management on a regular basis.
• Review and approve bills, measurements and material requirements for the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.); PG qualification in Construction Management is an added advantage.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, billing and project planning tools.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale civil construction projects end to end.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site at the Karnal location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.
