Ample Success HR in India is seeking a Senior Supervisor – Civil / Site Execution to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential high-rise projects in Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction, site supervision, civil execution, and managing RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil/site supervision.
• Experience with real estate developers or residential projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise building construction.
• Willing to work at Gurgaon project sites.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Manage and coordinate site activities related to RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Supervise manpower, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, contractors, and other departments for smooth execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify quality issues, deviations, and safety concerns.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at the site.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, material records, and manpower details.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and construction standards.
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and escalating major concerns to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety practices.

• Good knowledge of site documentation and daily progress reporting.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil/site supervision.
• Experience with real estate developers, construction companies, or residential projects preferred.
• Candidates with hands‑on experience in high‑rise building construction will be preferred.
• Should be willing to work at Gurgaon project sites.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution is essential.
