Job summary

Essar Minmet in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai invites a Senior Management / Project Leadership role to lead civil and structural engineering for ISP projects, ensuring safe, economical and compliant designs.

You will review foundations, RCC and steel structures, coordinate geotechnical work, and supervise multidisciplinary teams across EPC contractors, vendors, and internal disciplines, while ensuring schedule, budget and safety. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required; M.Tech Structural preferred.
• 15–25 years of total professional experience.
• Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
• Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites.

• Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
• Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
