The candidate should demonstrate hands-on design, calculations, and reporting capabilities, with strong coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
• Experience with industrial foundations including pipe racks, platforms, pedestals, and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
• Design industrial structures such as pipe racks, process platforms, technological structures, equipment pedestals, machine foundations and various foundations.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports and design basis documents.
• Review fabrication drawings, rebar detailing drawings, vendor drawings and design reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality.
• Lead and manage project delivery teams for senior-level roles.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Structure Engineer with experience in the structural design of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the analysis and design of RCC and steel structures, industrial foundations, and process-related structures using industry-standard structural analysis software.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
• Design industrial structures such as:
  • Pipe Racks
  • Process Platforms
  • Technological Structures
  • Equipment Pedestals
  • Machine Foundations
  • Isolated, Raft & Pile Foundations
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and design basis documents.
• Review fabrication drawings, rebar detailing drawings, vendor drawings, and design reports.
• Participate in Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Review structural designs at various project stages.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Lead and manage project delivery teams (for senior-level candidates).

Required Skills

• 1-10 years of experience in structural design of industrial projects.
• BE/ME in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • STAAD Pro (Mandatory)
  • SAP2000
  • SAFE
  • Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis
• Experience in RCC and Steel Structure Design.
• Knowledge of industrial structures including pipe racks, process platforms, equipment foundations, and machine foundations.
• Experience with isolated, raft, and pile foundation design.
• Ability to independently model, analyze, design, and detail structures.
• Experience in reviewing fabrication and vendor drawings.
• Strong client coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of international design codes:
  • ASCE
  • ACI
  • IBC
  • AISC
  • Eurocode (EN)

Preferred Profile

• Experience in EPC, Industrial Plants, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, Cement, Steel, or Process Industry projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
