Job summary

RD Eco Developers in Patna is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction on commercial and residential projects. You will ensure execution per drawings, specs and timelines, overseeing RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, finishing and site supervision.

Ideal candidates have a B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of hands-on experience in building projects; infra roles like bridge/road are excluded.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering mandatory.
• 8+ years of relevant experience mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in commercial buildings, residential buildings, high-rise buildings, or real estate construction.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and site supervision.
• Candidate must have relevant building construction experience specifically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other building-related civil works.

• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and technical issues.
• Maintain site measurements, work progress reports, and other required documentation.
