Job summary

Keystone Realtors in Thane is seeking a dedicated on-site Civil Site Supervisor to oversee RCC and finishing works on residential projects.

You will supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, tiling, flooring and painting, coordinate with contractors, track progress, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and Mivan construction for high-rise projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Capable of handling multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Strong deadline-driven and execution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and curing.
• Monitor finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting and waterproofing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain site logs, progress reports, and safety housekeeping.

Responsible for on-site supervision, execution monitoring, manpower coordination, and quality checks for RCC and finishing activities at residential construction projects.

Role & responsibilities

Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing, and monitor finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, and waterproofing, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

Coordination & Progress Tracking

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth workflow, track daily progress, report work status, and immediately highlight delays, issues, or quality concerns.

Quality & Material Control

Check line, level, alignment, and finishing quality, ensure proper material usage, prevent wastage, and support engineers in measurements and work verification.

Site Records & Compliance

Maintain site logs, activity reports, and records, ensure labour productivity and discipline, and monitor adherence to safety practices and housekeeping standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and Mivan construction execution for high-rise residential projects across the complete building cycle
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, structural details, and technical specifications accurately
• Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously
