Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru South seeks a Civil Project Executive (Site Engineering) to oversee cafe and restaurant outlet fit-outs across locations. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to meet brand standards, manage safety, timelines, and budgets, and supervise on-site civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and interior works.

Civil Project Executive (Site Engineering)

Bangalore South, India

• Oversee execution of cafe/restaurant outlet fit-outs, renovations, and maintenance projects across multiple locations.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion as per brand standards and budgets.
  
• Supervise on-site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works while maintaining quality and safety compliance.
  
• Monitor project timelines, material usage, and vendor performance, and provide regular progress updates to management.
  
• Candidates with experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously will be preferred.
  
• Net Take Home of 35 to 40k per month plus travel & mobile allowances
