Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd in Bangalore South seeks a Civil Engineer with strong project management experience in QSR, cafes, standalone restaurants and retail outlets. You will lead execution across geographies, manage vendors, control CAPEX and ensure on-time delivery with quality build standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget discipline, and a track record of closing bills within budget and schedule. Experience in design/material changes to optimize costs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Civil Engineer with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in QSR, cafe, standalone restaurants or retail outlets.
• Project management experience for Retail/Restaurants is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handling the execution of restaurants and retail outlets as per the requirements.
• Timely execution as per the TAT.
• Achieving the desired quality of execution work.
• Getting the execution done within the approved CAPEX from the Management.
• Develop Vendors Across Geographies To Execute the Outlet cost Control.
• Implement Tight Control On Overall Capex Costs Of Projects by Bringing In Design/material Changes.
• Ensure All Bills Are Closed Within Budget And Time Guidelines quality Control.
• Ensure Sturdy Maintenance Free Build Quality Of Projects Execution.
• Bring In Execution Process Enhancements To Improve Overall Store Build Quality team Management.
• Lead Team Of Assistants And Designers.
• Should Be A People Leader And Able To Motivate People To Get Things Done On Time.
• Project Management experience for Retail / Restaurants is a must.
