Job summary

Khazana Jewellery is seeking an on-site Project Supervisor/Engineer for Civil and Interior fit-outs of New and Retro showroom spaces across South India. The role requires supervision, coordination with architects/consultants and timely reporting on progress and quality standards.

BE Civil with 5-10 years of experience is mandatory. Willingness to be stationed at project locations until completion is preferred. Accommodation and daily food allowance are provided.

• BE Civil with 5 - 10 years of experience in Civil and Interior fit out is mandatory.
• Candidates willing to be stationed at Project locations ( across South India) until completion are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution in charge for the New and Retro fit Showroom Civil & interior, MEP works.
• Monitor works on a daily basis and reporting in terms of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Attend all design and site review meetings.
• Ensure necessary co-ordination and resolve the design clashes in co-ordination with the Line Manager.
• Regular supervision, monitoring and reporting of Site activities
• Co-ordinate with Architect / consultants and client
• Interact with Line managers & vendors on all issues
• Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation to agreed specifications
• Maintain checklist and joint verification of measurements with vendors.
• Snagging & De-snagging and assist in handing over formalities.
