The candidate should hold a Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience in site execution, quality checks, and resource planning.

• Experience in site execution and supervision.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, BOQs and take measurements.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, material requirements, quality checks and labour productivity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between project sites within Bengaluru.
