Responsibilities

• Maintain Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence, to ensure compliance and facilitate project management.
• Preliminary Site Inspections: Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information necessary for project planning and execution.
• Interpretation of Drawings: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions for review by project stakeholders.
• Develop Cost Estimates: Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses to support budgeting and cost control efforts.
