Kofteci Foodkrafts Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for restaurant projects, renovations, and maintenance. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, per approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related diploma, 2–3 years of site supervision experience, and the ability to read basic drawings and site plans,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, or commercial interior industries.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and site plans.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between project locations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily site activities for new restaurant openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and interior finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Track daily progress and share regular updates with the Project Manager or management team.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain site records, work progress reports, material usage, and contractor attendance.
• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the site.
• Support the timely installation of kitchen equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other restaurant facilities.
• Coordinate final inspections and snag-list closure before project handover.
