Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a Restaurant Projects Executive / Project Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on coordinating new outlet setup, renovations, vendor and contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery.

You will manage budgeting, licensing documentation, and project tracking across Bengaluru with frequent travel. 2–3 years' experience in restaurant/QSR fit-outs or facility management is preferred; Kannada and English are mandatory, with Hindi a plus.

Qualifications

• Good vendor and contractor coordination skills
• Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works
• Good planning and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Bengaluru
• Kannada and English mandatory
• Hindi will be an advantage
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle mandatory
• Must be currently based in Bengaluru

• Support commercial kitchen setup and equipment installation
• Track project timelines, work progress and completion

• Collect and compare quotations
• Follow up on material deliveries and project activities
• Ensure work is completed as per requirements
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and renovation activities
• Support equipment replacement and AMC coordination
• Assist with licensing documentation (FSSAI, trade license, fire NOC) and approvals
• Maintain project documentation and expense records
• Track budgets, quotations and actual expenses
• Prepare regular project status updates

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Projects

• Coordinate new outlet setup and renovation projects
• Coordinate civil, interior, electrical, plumbing and signage work
