Job summary

Eagleton Group - Chamundeshwari Buildtech is seeking a Senior Site Engineer / Project Coordinator for our project site in Bidadi, Bengaluru. You will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure progress aligns with drawings, specifications and safety standards.

The role requires 5-10 years in civil construction or related infra projects, with strong reporting, communication and coordination skills. AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in civil construction, real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution and project coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors, site manpower and multiple work activities.
• Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and site execution activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, progress and material requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Monitor construction quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material availability.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
