Job summary

Synergy Engineering Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer for a complete civil project in Panvel. You will manage mobilisation to handover on a full-time, site-based basis, coordinating RCC/blockwork, safety, and daily reporting.

Qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree or diploma with 3–5+ years independent site experience, drawing-reading skills, and proficiency in Excel/WhatsApp reporting. Willingness to relocate near the site is required.

We need a responsible, self-driven Site Engineer to independently manage this civil site — from mobilisation to handover — with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work (RCC, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, gates) and coordinate labour/sub-contractors.
• Take measurements, maintain site diary, and support RA bill preparation.
• Check material quality/quantity on receipt; work accurately from drawings.
• Coordinate directly with the client's site team on handovers and approvals.
• Own site safety, labour welfare, and progress reporting without being chased.
• Maintain honest, accurate material, labour, and petty-cash records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, 3–5+ years' independent site experience.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive — treats the site as their own.
• Good drawing-reading skills; basic Excel/WhatsApp reporting.
• Own two-wheeler; willing to relocate/stay near the site.
