Job summary

Shivam Developers invites applications for a Senior Engineer to own field execution on commercial/industrial building projects. You will lead a small site team, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure quality, cost-control, and timely delivery on site.

Based in Pune or willing to relocate, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, verify measurements and bills, and drive digital reporting using ERP tools (Highrise is common).

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in site execution on real building projects.
• Commercial/industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to run a site independently and take over live projects quickly.
• Strong at measurement, BOQ, and billing.
• Quality ownership; willing to stop work that isn't right.
• Able to lead a small team (junior engineer + supervisor).
• Familiar with construction ERP/digital reporting; Highrise experience is a plus.

Role & responsibilities The Senior Engineer owns execution, quality, and the commercial accountability that goes with it. You run the site day to day, make the technical calls, take responsibility for what gets billed, and coordinate upward with the Project Manager and Project Controls Head. You lead a small site team and you direct and review their work rather than doing all of it yourself. This is an ownership seat: the site's progress, quality, and cost-discipline are yours.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years in site execution on real building projects, commercial/industrial preferred
• Proven ability to run a site independently and to take over a live project quickly
• Strong on measurement, BOQ, and billing you can verify a contractor's bill and stand behind it
• Genuine quality ownership — comfortable stopping work that isn't right
• Can lead a small team (junior engineer + supervisor) — direct and review, not micromanage
• Comfortable with construction ERP / digital reporting (we run Highrise — any ERP background is fine; it's learnable)
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Pune-based or able to relocate; available at short notice
