Job summary

Vijaya Management is seeking a on-site Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at Pisoli, Pune. You will coordinate contractors, supervise materials, enforce safety regulations, and maintain daily logs and progress reports.

The ideal candidate has a DCE/BE-Civil with 3+ years of on-site experience, ready to join immediately and able to work at the Pune site. On-site execution skills and strong coordination are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities and coordinate work between contractors, subcontractors.

• Conduct site execution and manage on-site operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain daily logs, write progress reports, and record design changes or site incidents.
